Shelbi the Person In Charge for our under 3's. She has a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Care, Learning and Development and is fluent Welsh speaking and can converse in Makaton sign language too. |

Person In Charge - Over 3's |
Emma is the Person In Charge for our over 3's and oversees the drop off and collection of our Nursery children who also attend Marlborough School Nursery sessions. Emma has a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Care, Learning and Development. |
Alice
Pre School Teacher |
Alice has a post graduate certificate in Early Years Primary Education and was previously a reception class teacher in Gwent for 5 years before joining Sandringham. Alice works with our 3-4 year olds and is responsible for activity planning and digital communication for the group. She has been trained in the Curriculum for Wales, Froebel, behavioural, inclusive and additional needs strategies and Safeguarding. Alice is passionate about outdoor learning, nature, wildlife and gardening having gained her undergraduate degree in environmental conservation. |
