Becky
Nursery Operations Manager |
Becky is our Nursery Operations Manager and took over as Person In Charge at Sandringham in April 2024. She holds an NNEB Diploma in Nursery Nursing and is the Designated Safeguarding Lead, Additional Needs Co-ordinator and First Aider. Becky brings a wealth of experience in running a nursery, along with the accumulation of knowledge that comes with working in the early years sector for over 20 years. In addition to staff management, she is trained in the Early Years Curriculum for Wales and has experience in the training and assessment of the levels 3 to 5 childcare qualifications. Becky is a mother herself and is passionate about making continuous improvements at Sandringham, to provide the best possible early years experience for all children in our nursery |
